The Green Bay Packers Chalk up another victory as Aaron Rodgers continued on his seemingly unstoppable march to league MVP honors. Overall the Packers remain the NFL’s lone undefeated team, and if they can just count on a defense to complement their high-octane offense, they just might be unstoppable. The NFL’s reigning champions improved to 9-0 for the fourth time in the franchise’s history by overwhelming the Minnesota Vikings 45-7, sweeping the border war for two consecutive years. Tony La Russa Retires as Cardinals Manager

St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony (Anthony) La Russa is retiring on what most would consider the top of the baseball world. The alarming, but humble announcement came Monday morning at Busch Stadium just three short days after the St. Louis Cardinals completed a historic run to the World Series championship. Do or Die For Shaun Marcum in Game 6 of the NLCS

We’ll keep this short and sweet… Shaun Marcum will get the ball for Milwaukee when they face Edwin Jackson and St. Louis in the league championship series Today at Miller Park. With the Brewers trailing 3-2 in the best-of-seven series, today’s game is a “do or die” situation for the Milwaukee Brewers. Randy Wolf Leads the Brewers to Big Victory in Game 4

The Milwaukee Brewers began game 4 of the NLCS in St. Luis at 1 and 2, and the last two games may have sucked the wind right out of their sails.  However, who would have known that Randy Wolf would be the driving force to attain another victory against the Cardinals?
